Nepali:
A small herb with long stems and multiple rounded fringed flowers hanging like bells. This is native to Nepal. I have seen no distribution information has been found from India or China. It was growing at 2700m near the army camp at Phulchowki. It flowers from late August to September. Thank you to an Inaturalist member for the correct ID.
